Ref Doc 102, 15/04/26 I wish to notify both sides that ; Due to the Persistent harassment from Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18, I have been making SEVERAL Complaints but the POLICE are NOT DOING their jobs. Today 15/04/26 I even had to move quickly ( RUN AWAY ) from Sodnac Police station. They are doing victim blaming, raising voice and pretending not to know what is happening, 'DEKLAR KOUYON.' I have reported the matter to the IPCC.since I fear for my safety from both Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers and from Police also ( same as the years 2011/14)

Copy to MES/ NEB : While the Hon Members are discussing about the introduction of Kreol Morisien at Parliament ; I called the MES ( 15 04 26 ) to ask them IF THERE is KM at HSC Private Candidates . They said NO. Since I am of good faith , I attach also the MES and the NEB to this communication. IN CASE there is any 'misunderstanding or any mistake' , and there is HSC at KM , PRIVATE Candidate, I can be called (my contact details are below) to the MES and I will come to fill in the form , PAY, and prepare myself for exams. Whatever REPORT the N.A is preparing KINDLY ADD THIS INCIDENT ALSO.
