Kindly please inquire at your level WHY PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES are ignoring/discriminating and disrespecting me. They are paid with PUBLIC FUNDS AND HAVE TO WORK IMPARTIALLY. Population lives in fear. When people are already DEAD then Police comes. Police should set aside their EGOs and do their job in all impartiality ; how many complaints I made, what I said the problem is, how many times they have taken my statements, if no WHY, what actions they took, what feedback they gave me ?
