As a result I had no choice than to REPORT to the ...... (f) I add this communication ref doc 162 28 05 26 , as a COMPLAINT also. I warn TERTIARY SECTOR that I already brought the matter PUBLIC. EVERYONE IS AWARE WHAT IS BEING DONE TO ME. (2) I have attached the HEC so that the Tertiary sector tomorrow cannot say " I did not inform x y z". Everyone is concerned. Public Universities have to be IMPARTIAL ,and it is not their people/political agents/ "nou-bann " who have the right to enter. They are paid with public funds. Universities must not do Discrimination (political opinion/ legal war/ castle). (3) My only motive is to study, but I do not know what the hidden agenda, reasons for PUBLIC Universities to IGNORE/DISCRIMINATE ME. I am prejudiced professionally. (4) Authorities were asked to please inquire at their levels WHY PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES are ignoring/discriminating and disrespecting me. They are paid with PUBLIC FUNDS AND HAVE TO WORK IMPARTIALLY. My point is that It is not YOUR UNIVERSITY but A Public University where people are paid with public funds. (5) These people teach topics like LEADERSHIP but in practice they themselves DO NOT have any leadership qualities nor display these qualities of fairness, listening to others, respecting others, treat everyone equally, honesty, not discriminating , impartiality etc.. it cannot be only their people "nou bann" / their agents/ their relatives who are allowed to enter. Even lonely people like me who has no one has the right to study at Public Universities.(5) I work as Educator. My employer is not concerned by my personal matters. It is not a school related issue. My personal matters of studies/legal wars/ relationship are not their "Zonion". (6) As the population is growingly unhappy with current financial/ economic/ social situation in the country, I also attach the Scrt of PSC, so that the PSC know HOW THEY DO IT "under this regime". Since tomorrow only their people/political agents / their caste / "nou-bann" will go to apply with certificates from their Universities and people like me who DO NOT WALK with Politics were not even allowed to follow XYZ courses/Ignored/disrespected/ marginalised . This is DISCRIMINATION (political opinion/legal war/caste) FROM THE ROOTS.(7) Lastly , as a student of Tertiary during the past 20 years 2006 till date NEVER any University reproached to me any matter. So I do not see what prevents my admission to my application unless Discrimination. Beware behind my back, some people INVENT COMPLAINTS AGAINST ME. I SUGGEST in case of any complaints AGAINST ME in the future , all above authorities are attached "to the same email that they put it to me" to prevent Allegations against me behind my back without giving to me any opportunity to defend myself and to prove their stories to be false/defamatory and prejudicial/ politically motivated. The only rule I have to abide is "a student must follow only One course at a time from a University. MIE ,OUM, UOM, UTM are DIFFERENT INSTITUTIONS." (8) Politics like to say publicly that "I am a bourik". Horse Sector, White people namely UK like to say " "I am N*GRO and pretend to be brother with whites , I am poor and brag to be rich" (PIO, Ref Doc 156 , 28 05 26 ) I hope Educated Intelligent people of Tertiary Sector have understood my message.
Ref Doc 161 , 28 05 26 To Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science & Research .Directorate Director / AS/ Admin (1) I recently complained to the Permanent Secretary/DPS/APS of Tertiary because I am being IGNORED DISCRIMINATED DISRESPECTED by Public Universities particularly the OPEN UNIVERSITY OF MAURITIUS. (2) As I said, as a prospective student, I have been encountering some problems. For reasons very odd, Universities namely such as OPEN UNIVERSITY of MAURITIUS have NOT been responding to me email, nor even picking up the phone. eg, I applied for an MSc at the OUM , and when I contact them to know the status of my application, they neither reply nor respond to any call. UNIVERSITIES IGNORE ME. As a result I had no choice than to REPORT to the (a) EOC (19 05 26) since I feel discriminated (political opinion/legal war/caste). It cannot be ONLY THEIR PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER UNIVERSITIES "nou-bann". Even lonely people like me who has no one has the right to study at Public Universities. (b) I also reported to the OMBUDSMAN (26 05 26) , I feel ignored and disrespected. (c) CSU ref Ticket 74277781 ,180526 and HEC 180526, Ref doc 122, 0405 were also informed. I recall saying there was a CIVIL case against La Sentinelle ltd CV 667/2020 Judgment 20/11/24 whereby my case was that Lexpress wrote supposedly 'I was already condemned...' among other nonsenses . Some people are saying now ; I MAINTAIN I WILL WIN MY current criminal CASE, legal war involving "Horses/private schools police/private companies etc"ICTA NATURE My Reply The WOMAN MAGISTRATE did not have the good judgment to FORCE La Sentinelle Ltd to pay me financial DAMAGES I recall telling her face-to-face while giving my testimony at COURT; 'I ask Her Hon Magistrate to IMPOSE her authority and make them pay me Damage.' ' I am orphan.. my mother recently passed away'..... But She did not. And therefore No DEAL
Ref Doc 141, 19 05 26 To Hon members of both sides thru Clerk of N.A. (1) Some people are asking me what about the French man from France , in the case , who had made allegations against me. (2) My reply : Some enemies of cases think that because I am not naming them, that I forgot about them. The French nationalist was summoned to Court Several times , but never showed up and ran away, He will be NAMED in section [2] OF MAJOR REF DOC. (3) Hopefully same as President Macron, many politicians are living their last years in Politics. We all know what happened to UK Labour and their Leader Starmer. Everyday people call for his resignation.I added, the Chagos deal is dead, and he should take Rachel and Angela OUT together with him. (4) At date I still await judgement 2026, I take the opportunity to say that EVEN IF I WIN this week, I am patient to act/write/talk. I waited 15 years, I can wait some weeks, months. The 1st step will be to write Directly to CYBERCRIME/POLICE/ODPP/PSEA etc..... and inform them LOOK I WON, now for the first time I will name them in this letter, then on social medias,blogs,emails etc etc.. in hundreds of letters for the next decade.

(2) I have reported the matter to the CSU ref 74277781 , 16 05 26 and to the HEC , 18 05 26. Attached letters. (3) I applied for a course at the OPEN UNIVERSITY and when I contact them to know the status of the application, they do not reply. Even phone calls they do not pick up. (4) Government has changed but it seems that OUM has remained the same. The concerned Hon Minister must put some order in his Ministry.
