To prevent that OUR National Assembly becomes a CIRCUS , NOW I believe that the Hon Speaker / Clerk will need to Intervene to put some ORDER within the National Parliament . (a) I already gave my opinion on current Political storm (b) I already said that I do not interfere into within-Party members dispute (c) I used the words MMM and ex MMM and they said they are STILL MMM members (d) The MMM were arguing whether to STAY or not within the Government and the Hon PM said clearly , the MMM is with the Government ( and the MLP does not interfere into the 'zafer' of MMM . (e) but the issue in all this is that according to me, my personal opinion ; IT IS ILLEGAL to have members of the SAME PARTY on both sides of the house ; in Government and Opposition. (f) To prevent that OUR National Assembly becomes a CIRCUS . NOW I believe that the Hon Speaker/ Clerk will need to Intervene to put some ORDER within the National Parliament , so I suggest that the MAJORITY of the MMM , EXPEL the MINORITY members , to remain in LEGALITY and the MINORITY MMM members set up their own NEW Party and they can SIT legally on the opposition side.

 

To Passport & Immigration Office , PIO (a) I begin by declaring my interest/status: I am an educator in the Ministry of Education & HR, still single, virgin orphan, successful and achiever. I am not a member of any Political party and do not have any Political ambitions, nor interested to have any sort of relationship with anyone from/related to Politics. I am highly qualified and in my rights aspire for higher posts in my professional career, such as Deputy/Rector/Administrator. I am against any form of Nepotism/ Cronyism/favouritism/ Corruption/ Money laundering and against Legalisation of Gandia. (b) Before my enemies put cases I was harassed, annoyed, harmed after my enemies put cases I was harassed, annoyed, harmed. When I have been facing TRIAL at COURT , even violence on my path to Court. Now after 15 years of slavery, as I AWAIT JUDGMENT now ALSO I am annoyed. Previously there was a MADRAS and his French Wife (association) who was making believe supposedly I am running away but forgot to look at themselves into a mirror. Some have cases at FCC and have the guts to talk about me. (c) Now, as April Holidays are approaching, there is a 'CERTAIN MRS JOANA' who is making believe supposedly I am RUNNING AWAY from Mauritius. I do not feel 'annoyed'. Annoyed is a small word, I feel DENIGRATED a LOSER like that 'Certain MRS JOANA' and that MADRAS and his French Wife, make believe that supposedly I am a COWARD and Running away 'against justice'. (d) My late mother Kritya was a Principal Rector and my late father Vijay was a Decorated CID Police officer who has worked at ADSU/ Rodrigues Island/ Beau Bassin Police Training School and LOSERS like that 'Certain MRS JOANA' and that MADRAS and his French Wife, make believe that supposedly I am a COWARD and Running away from COURT. (e) I am in a WINNING POSITION. I have ALWAYS responded present to COURT throughout the years and my behavior has been EXEMPLARY and even afterwards COURT CAN TRUST ME. (f) I understand that the ODPP and COURT were doing their jobs. (g) Despite persistent harassment/violence from enemies of cases/ Neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS why I am not AVOUE-ing', society putting DIRT in my food and selling to me/ even violence in bus from minors of private schools etc... So why should I run away from Mauritius. Those stories from LOSERS in waiting do not make sense. (h) I once again Inform the PIO that as Holidays are coming, as I AWAIT Judgment 2026. I have no intention to move to any other country. I will not even be going to seaside nor to Mahebourg nor Port Louis. During the month of April 2026 I will be at home, and just moving around SODNAC-QB-nearby Pheonix and busy with my Studies. I still have a lot more to study. I NEITHER want to run away like that LOSER in waiting that 'Certain MRS JOANA' is saying about me, NOR want to RUN AWAY WITH HER (i) I once again state that it is not a Secret that I want to get married with Senora Amber Heard and her 3 children Oonagh, Agnes, Ocean to call me father. I DO NOT KNOW WHO CORRECTED, VETTED THE RESULT, but there seems to be MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE 'lev pake pe ale' in these periods, so IF THAT PERSON WHO CORRECTED MY PAPER AND GAVE ME B3 instead of A , HAS SOME SELF RESPECT 'inpe lamour prop' he/she also must RESIGN 'LEV PAKE ALE.' And obviously ROUTE NICOLAY must never ask a cent. I ALREADY changed TOPIC , MOVED ON and CLOSED THE CHAPTER on the issue and there is nothing that can make me come back to KM language. I have the impression 'some people' want me to contact them and vice versa. If it is pertaining to my Ongoing Legal war/Judgment , they should be aware there is NO COMPROMISE on the issue. 15 years of slavery cannot be erased so easily.

There was an 'argument' between MMM members whether they should stay in the Government or not and I was honestly asking the question ; do the parties in alliance namely ReA, ND MLP want the MMM in Government without Hon Berenger ? and this evening 20/03/26 the Hon PM said YES in a public message. Even if there is no Hon Berenger in MMM, it does not mean I will forgive my enemies or that my enemies will win. This cannot erase the 15 years of slavery I have suffered

Whether this story is TRUE or FALSE, I wish to give my PERSONAL OPINION (b) >-->> I DO NOT AGREE THAT HON PAUL R. BERENGER of MMM becomes President of the Republic of Mauritius (c) I recall hearing the same sort of STORIES/RUMOURS when his excellency Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun G.C.S.K. was President. I even recall some Madras coming to MANIFEST with Bandrol near the State house, at those years. I recall, some Madras wanted one of them , a RAINBOW CROOK, to become President, and I had publicly said , this is not a good idea and I am against it. (d) It is not a confidential message, everyone can see my opinion and the SEVEN reasons I DO NOT AGREE THAT HON PAUL R. BERENGER BECOMES PRESIDENT. (e) Obviously , there are many aspects on which I do not agree happening in the country and Government and obviously Hon Berenger along all these decades have done a lot for Mauritius but this is not the point. I even feel sad the way some MMM members treat Hon Berenger. He gave them tickets, they got elected by his name , some became Ministers and today they want to DROP HIM. They are NOTHING WITHOUT HIM. He deserves more respect AND I AM AGAINST VIOLENCE ON ELDERLY PERSONS. But President NO, to my Opinion , I do not agree.
