Ref Doc 115, 22.04.26 To the EOC Equal Opportunities Commission : Serious Discrimination from Police WHY THEY DO NOT TAKE MY STATEMENTS and treat me like a WORTHLESS "vaut-rien" when I enter a Police Station. They let neighbourhoods Dodo/ Flammants/ scavengers of Municipality of QB const 18 continue to harass me IN ALL IMPUNITY as if justice is within their hands , ABUSING THE FACT THAT I LIVE ALONE & HAVE NO ONE, hindering my tranquility and peace of mind and enjoyment of my property (whereby I am sole owner ). What are the motives for such discrimination ? (2011 attack, bad losers, politics, political interference , Poudre dor putting his dirty hands in everything, MMM ODPP, threats to give orders to cut marks, Creole Gp in cases, racism, etc ??? ) SEVERAL AUTHORITIES INFORMED of this problem.I know these milieu of police/law/courts etc very well and this is my impression that POLICE BEHAVE AS ACCOMPLICES.TO MY OPINION the motives of the Police to behave in such a manner is That (i) in Curepipe 2011 the Police DID NOT DO THEIR JOB and instead of arresting people who had ATTACKED me in the road Louis pasteur Forest side in Sep 2011, a policeman himself had made defamation against me and put case ICTA NATURE. VICTIM BLAIMING. (ii) Political interference into my personal matters . I even get threats TO GIVE ORDERS TO CUT MY MARKS . The guy from POUDRE DOR PUTS HIS DIRTY HANDS IN EVERYTHING (iii) for reasons very strange Police seem to be SIDING with those enemies of cases who had been making serious defamation against me namely HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS. (iv) we recently saw in the SST matters police siding with DRUG SUSPECTS and eating each other and I AM AGAINST DRUG. REAL cases were not investigated and covered. They did not believe me for real matters and in their turn people did not believe them . (iv) Politics MMM bragging his daughter works for/with ODPP , influential lawyers BRAG THEIR CHILDREN work for/with HORSES , some brag their relatives work at ELECTORAL OFFICE. (v) ARE THE POLICE BAD LOSERS ? WHY THEY MAKE IT PERSONAL (vi) Is it because there are SOME PEOPLE OF CREOLE GP IN THE CASES & they side with bad losers , in other words RACISM AGAINST ME ? I also fear for my safety from both these harassers and Police

Threats of violence and threats "to give orders to cut my Marks " and when voters cut their votes they do not understand what happened and why they did not get elected ? Some influential lawyers brag that their "children" work with HORSE INDUSTRY" Some brag that they are related to Electoral Office. Instead of working they brag. I already WARNED hon members that beware their 60-0 becomes 0-60. Whoever is in Power does not make any difference for me. My daily war is the same. I have currently a grave problem with the Police and have been reporting to the (i) IPCC ref doc 101,15 04 26 (ii) hon members of both sides Ref doc 102 , 15 04 26 (iii) and also to the Human Rights Division Ref doc 103 , 16 04 26 , (iv) Ref Doc 104, 16 04 26 His Excellency, Mr. Dharambeer Gokhool, G.C.S.K was also notified , of the gravity of situations, namely persistent harassment from neighbourhoods Dodo/Flammants/scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18. Its a psychological torture. Despite several complaints to the CSU, and coming in person to the nearby Police Station of Sodnac to explain and report these neighbourhoods who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind, tempering with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property whereby I am sole owner, the Police tell me they have no records and do not know what is happening nor any actions "DEKLAR KOUYON". They just keep repeating they will "talk to them". As I reported to the IPCC/HRD/Hon members/ H.E. the Police is NOT EVEN TAKING MY STATEMENTS so what talking they will do. The Police is NOT DOING their jobs. As a recently said the Commissioner of Police Rampersad Sooroojbally Ref doc 110 , 17 04 26, every cent they earn should be For the Service of the Public. Let's hope the IPCC & HRD are doing their jobs to INVESTIGATE WHY THE POLICE DO NOT TAKE MY STATEMENTS and why these Neighbourhoods dodo/flammants/ scavengers of Municipality of QB Const 18 persist to harass me/damage/throw/dirty/push etc....When I look what is happening in Mauritius (rise in cost of living, all benefits cut off, Police not doing their jobs, victim blaming , politics bragging instead of working , lacking humility, making threats to order to CUT Marks ,"pran dimounn pou bourik " ) ; I understand the UK -US are very hesitant, reluctant to finalise the Chagos deal. Some would even label Mauritius as a corrupt country. Infact my late Mother Kritya also suffered similar harassment, violence throughout her career, namely at Grand Bois college, whereby EACH time Muslims were coming to harass her and ask money. There was even an ARMED HOLD UP at SBM Grand Bois, shots fired, and the prisoners escaped and some famously shot dead. Eventually the College CLOSED DOWN, same as Stratford College, whereby in the end the owner even lost his building. I do not read in crystal ball, but I would tend to say that AS NEW PAYSLIPS WILL APPEAR in coming days, the public will be generally 'angry'. I ask the Hon Leader of Opposition to convey a message to the Public, to keep their Calm and NOT to Fall into Violence. They just need to eat less.

But MES still again send to my house TWO registered letters , while I went away for shopping early Saturday morning. Again 2 NOs X.X. ? They are doing fool ? Fer boufon ? kifer li pe fatig mwa ? Pran dimounn pou BOURIK ? The Hon Minister of Education & HR Dr. Mahend Gungapersad must PUT SOME ORDER WITHIN HIS MINISTRY.
