Infact I am also writing to DISTRICT COUNCIL OF BLACK RIVER and Hon Members of Western Regions ( Ref Doc 43) , to notify them of similar such matter; THESE WOMEN OF WESTERN REGIONS each time 'want me to come to their Drug infested regions' and to give them Money.
