From Personal Experience :Comparing job of an Educator and that of a Soldier. I get kicked today and tomorrow I return to work as if nothing happened

I recall having compared the job of an Educator as that of a Soldier. This is my experience since all these years of working with STUDENTS ;

- KICK, elbows, punches, spitting on my visage,
- metal desk thrown at me, rocks thrown at my head, visage, neck
- trying to STAB me with SHARP knives, sharp pair of BIG scissors

- stealing papers, pens, markers
- hands into my bags
- There were even some cases whereby 'they fight among them and tried to make believe I hurt them' ' Tamil woman with bottle style....'

I had been several times to Hospitals namely Jeetoo Hospital and Candos, dispensaries ....etc and there has been actions taken at School Level against those students. But the harm done remains as bad souvenirs and scars on my body , mind and soul remains ; KICKED by my OWN STUDENTS, as a father is kicked by his own children. And the next days, EACH time I go back to work , into the same classrooms as if nothing has happened.
The English expression is SWALLOW MY PRIDE and in KM it would be ' MANZ MO KOU GARDE'
This is why I compared the job of an Educator, as least when referring to my own experience , is similar to a Soldier.And everyone who knows me will tell you that I am a very 'generous teacher', I teach generously and always respect students and talk well to students. The attacks are unprovoked, unjustified, premeditated.
